Birth control?

I’ve been on the pill for over a year and before that I was using the patch for a year. I didn’t bleed last month and I haven’t had my period yet this month. ( my period week started 10/5). I have Taken a total of 3 pregnancy tests all negative. I’m not super worried but concerned. Has anyone else had this happen? I am making a OBGYN appointment this week as well. I just want to know if I’m over thinking it or not.
