Two Miscarriages in One Year

I had a miscarriage in February - was 6w5d along. Saw a heartbeat and just like that it was gone. I ended up having a D&C due to it being diagnosed as a missed miscarriage. It was such a rollercoaster and I really had a hard time with the loss. It took awhile to get back to normal.

We waited awhile and got pregnant again at the end of August. Things never really felt right and I just had a bad feeling. I started spotting this past Saturday and full on bleeding yesterday afternoon. My OB confirmed another miscarriage, but it happened so early that she couldn’t see much.

I have two boys already - almost 7 and almost 2.

We would like to try again but I am terrified.

I am 34. With my age and two miscarriages - I wonder if I am asking too much to have one more.

Has anyone gone through two miscarriage in a year? What kind of things did you do to try again (change diet, supplements, etc)?
