Pelvic pressure

Hey girls! So I’ve been on this new birth control pill called Lo Loestrin Fe for about three months. When I first started taking the pills I didn’t use protection and I ovulated about a few days after starting the pill pack. I’ve noticed for the past 2 months almost I have pelvic pressure but it doesn’t hurt. I just have a heavy full feeling down there but not anything painful or uncomfortable just there ya know? I’ve talked to my doctor about it and she asked me if I had nausea, food adversities and headaches and I have been but those are also side effects of the birth control so I don’t know what it could be!

Have any of you girls experienced this feeling and if so what was it? Thanks!
