1 embryo tested normal, day 7 embryo, endometriosis

Hope

2 miscarriages, now 41, my 2nd IVF from ~2 weeks ago at a new clinic seemingly had good results - 11 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized. A week later, 4 made it to blastocyst. My doctor just called, only 1 of our 4 blastocysts came back normal from PGS, and it’s a day 7 embryo, which has lower success rate. It’s not the worst news as all you need is 1. However, here’s the twist, my doc also had me do the Receptiva test, and I appear to have silent endometriosis (asymptomatic), which decreases implantation rate. So I will likely need to be on two months of lupron before transfer. Will see my doc next week to discuss options. Likely need to do another round of IVF 😭😭😭

I am trying to stay positive, working out to keep my mood up. But so many road blocks...

Like, seriously, what are my chances of ever holding a baby of my own. 😢😢😢.
