Why doesnt he listen to me?

My son is a couple months shy of being 2. He has definitely been testing his limits and boundaries lately. He listens to his father, and my parents who watch him occasionally while I'm at work but he does not listen to me at all! All his dad has to say is his name and he will stop what he was doing. I say anything to him and he just stares me in the face and continues to do whatever. 🤦‍♀️ why does he listen to everyone else but me?

Kids usually act the worst with whoever they trust the most, because they know that person will always love them regardless. They know they can push that person's buttons because they trust them and trust they will still care for them. Try to see it as a compliment!! It just means your son really loves you! 
Depending on your current situation you could try using more discipline to get him to take you seriously when you tell him not to do something... but honestly I think it's hard when they are so young. 
Also lots of time little ones act out when they are bored, redirection can really help. Instead of saying 'dont do that/stop doing that' try giving him something else to do 'hey would you like to come colour with mommy' or whatever else you want. It's NOT rewarding bad behavior, it's simply providing an alternative.
