Would you tell your spouse you pee in the bed before moving in with him or just let him find out

Ok so my brother was talking to this girl a couple years ago and then they ended up reconnecting recently.. well she moved in with him and one day she called my mom talking about my brother was tripping asking my mom to talk to him . Well my mom called him asked him what was going on and he’s just like mom that girl pee in the bed !! He was like the first night I just thought she made a mistake but she does it mostly every night and he was like she doesn’t even change the sheets she just lays a towel over it and go back to sleep . .I told my mom that she was dead ass wrong she should’ve told him that before she moved in with him . My mom was just like she’s probably embarrassed.
