Low beta with PCOS and long cycles

F

I tried getting pregnant for over a year unassisted. I had no luck and irregular cycles. I then tried clomid followed by letrozole, trigger shots, and IUI. I got pregnant in November of 2018 which was a chemical. I got pregnant again in February of 2019 and had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks after seeing the heartbeat twice. After that I stopped treatments and decided to move on for a while. I was trying to not get pregnant. Today I found out I was pregnant again. My last cycle was 43 days and I never got my period this cycle and am on day 49. I tested a few days ago and it was negative. Today I got a positive, had a beta and it came back at 107. Doctor says it’s a lot lower than it should be for 6w6d. I feel like that’s not accurate since I have longer cycles and probably ovulate later. Anyone had a similar experience? Do I have a chance? Doing a beta again in 2 days but of course it feels like forever.
