38+1 first time cervix check
I got checked for the first time this morning at 38+1 and thought I would for sure be 0cm/0% because I’ve never had a Braxton Hick, no contractions, haven’t dropped, haven’t lost mucus plug nothing! Butttt! I was 1.5cm dilated & 50% effaced 🥳 yay! Anyone else in the same boat as me? I’m scheduled for induction at 39+5 (10/28) if he’s not here by then, but I really hope he comes on his own before that! 🤞🏽
