Heat in the winter

Granted, we live in FL. It doesn't get freezing cold here, but at night we can get a low of 30-50°f

We used to always open the windows and let in that nice crisp cold air. Making the inside as cold as humanly possible.

Well now we have a baby. I've already told him we can't let it get nearly as cold.

"Well we aren't turning on the heat"

"She (baby) can just wear more clothes"

And just a million and more little things to complain about. Obviously I'm going to make sure or baby doesn't get cold, and have the heat on when needed. I'm just not excited to hear his bitching about it
