The difference with breast milk and pumping milk?

I been feeling pressure from my son pediatrician to keep trying for him to latch on me I try but it’s not happening plus I don’t feel comfortable at all but I do pump and feed him that it but she is still pressuring me still breastfeeding him but it’s the same or not the milk it comes out the same place. My baby is sick I wasn’t feeding him breast milk but formula but they tolled to breastfeed him but I pump and give him that but I guess that’s not enough pediatrician still wants me to breast him. What should I do just ignore her? I feel bad that I can’t breastfeed him from my actual breast any advice ladies please I need to feel better
