Should i be helping myself?

Let me start by saying, I am not catholic. Tried that, use the guilt sometimes to my advantage lol, but after leaving an abusive husband the church did think i counted so, i went non dom. That being said alot of the guilt still gets me from my 22 years of catholisism.

I having troubles with multuple mc, and decides to test and start supplementsd. Is it badd that I'm trying to help myself and not simply trusting that held do it in his own time. I worry about that a bit.
