Concerned about my baby niece how can i do a well child check?

I would like to send someone to make sure that my niece is living in a safe drug free place how would i go about doing this.

I've seen some of your replies and just curious why you don't know where your niece lives? 
Also without an address there's not overly much they can do, they can write out a report and if they get other reports they'll have records but otherwise it's a needle in a haystack

. Do you have a way to contact someone that knows the address?  Make up an excuse to get their address if you have to...if you really believe that the child is in danger then I think it’s justified to tell a little lie imo.

you can call 911 and ask for a wellness check for children you think are unsafe police will go and knock on the door
