Hand me downs?

So my sister wants to give me the stuff from her pregnancy like the boppy pillow and lotion she never finished and old baby stuff (her baby is a year now) but do i take it or do i politely reject the offer what to do -.- do you use hand me downs in pregnancy & for my new born
