Who else has issues

Question

I've realized growing up I have abandonment issues. I hate sharing, from friends, my loves, my things. That's just from growing up how I did. 
I have a hard time communicating, period! 
I shut down and distant myself. 
All bad behaviors that I saw my mother do.

I do too. I didn't realize it until a few months ago but, my mother leaving me at 3 yrs old and always promising to show up at a certain time and never coming or not answering when I call to see when she'll be here for YEARS fucked me up. I didn't realize how something that happened so young had affected me so badly.
I mean, I get so upset and bent out of shape if my husband even goes to his parents or the store without me cause I'm worried he's just telling me that so I'll let him leave and he won't come back.. I also have severe anxiety about being on time. I use to stare at the clock waiting for my mom to get there when she said she would. Now, I freak out if I'm running even a couple minutes behind.
Hopefully because I've realized the root of the issue I can work on myself but, I haven't found that peace yet.

Congratulations on recognizing it. That puts u in a position to deal with trauma and correct the behavior. Mayb see therapist or go look up youtube channels for advice on how to deal with it and correct it so it doesnt contaminate your life!
