Has anyone ever gotten a negative and ended up pregnant?

Have any of you taken those early response pregnancy tests within the “5 or less days before missed period” timeframe, gotten a negative, and ended up pregnant soon after? The test says it’s 96% accurate at this point 🤷🏼‍♀️
Example: My period is due in 4 days, took the early response test. It was negative, but when you tested a day or two after your period was due you were, in fact, preggo? 
Any comment would be appreciated :)

I had negative home tests and even a negative urine test from a walk in clinic and by time I got a positive I was 6 weeks along. 🤷🏼‍♀️ However I ran out of HCG tests so I started checking into my ovulation tests and started using those and they were getting SUPER dark like way way darker than a positive so I finally tested my HCG again after not for 2 weeks and it was positive.

I tested from 8 dpo on and didn’t get even a faint line until the day my period was due on 15 dpo

It depends on when you implant. You implant between 7-12dpo. So if you implanted at 7dpo you could probably get a positive with an early result at 9dpo. On the other hand, if you implanted at 12dpo, you probably couldn’t get a positive until 14dpo even with an early result. The later you implant, the lower your hcg will be at day of missed period. So don’t lose hope, baby dust!
