Don’t know what do do from here...

my boyfriend and i broke up about four hours ago. we had been dating for five months and he said his feelings hadn’t progressed since our third date. i was falling for him. and now i’m here and it’s 1am and i have a pounding headache from all the scream crying and am just wondering what i did wrong. and the worst part is there isn’t anything that i did. i just feel unloveable. i’m needing some support right now so if you have any breakup advice or where i should go from here it would be greatly appreciated. thank you all you beautiful souls... 😔💔
