He gets mad when I want to be lazy/ is he right or wrong

I work week days, and my job is exhausting. My man works weekdays and weekends but he usually has two days off during the weekdays. When he has days off he does nothing but watch tv. He doesn’t help clean, that’s my job. His job is cooking but he rarely does that and just brings home food or we both just make something for ourselves (which is fine with me). But when I want to just be lazy and relax on a weekend day after cleaning he gets extremely angry at me. He’ll come home from work and ask in a shitty tone “what time did you wake up today” and he’ll keep asking over and over if I don’t answer or I say “why do you always do this.” He then goes on to rant about how I am lazy and calls me names and makes me feel good for nothing. We won’t talk for the rest of the day. I’m so sick of this. Today I’m going to do laundry but otherwise I don’t want to do anything but relax and I know he’s going to come home and be a jerk to me like always. Am I not allowed to have a lazy day?
