Addicted to a toy?

My 7 month old daughter is addicted to a toy. If she sees BeatBo, she has to play with him. If I take her away from him, she screams. When she isn’t playing with him, she is looking for him. I feel like this is not okay and I need to break her of this habit.
Anyone else have an issue like this? 🤦‍♀️ It’s a bug that sings and dances.

My child’s favorite toy is the bath sponge. 😫Be happy yours is an actual toy. Lol! We carry this bath sponge with us everywhere. It’s to the point that we have multiple. I don’t know what I’m going to do once she grows teeth. Honestly though, I don’t see anything wrong with your little one having that attachment. My daughters second favorite toy is a soccer ball that lights up the same as your little ones.

She's 7 months old. She found a toy she really enjoys, there's nothing wrong with that

She likes the sensory stimulation.  Maybe try swapping other things that are also sensory stimluting and rotating them so she doesn’t have too much time with any single toy

My son has discovered he's a boy and his favorite "toy" is well yeah🙄.. lol consider your self lucky! I think it's adorable your little girl has a favorite toy!

At that age my kid’s obsession was a shovel, that piece of plastic had to go everywhere with us. I think it’s normal for kids to have a favorite toy they want to be near them at all times at this age.
