Baby is super cranky and normal things don’t calm him down!?

Starting around 8 last night he’s been super fussy and crying, he has moments of calmness that don’t last very long and the normal things I do that usually calm him down don’t work. He hasn’t slept much in this time and it’s been 14 hours, once I get him to calm down and finally fall asleep on me I put him back in his crib and bam he’s fully awake and upset.

He does stay up from 3-7 most night and is a little fussy but This is pretty unusual for him and I don’t know what to do. He’s 7 weeks so maybe it’s a growth spurt???
