Should I switch doctors?

Rachel

I’m a little concerned that my doctor isn’t doing the necessary tests while I’m trying to get pregnant. When I voice my concerns, I feel like he doesn’t take them seriously and just kinda brushes them off. He delivered my twins & was really good with me. But when I conceived them, I was at a different doctor but he referred me to my current doctor because he wasn’t equipped to handle a “high risk” pregnancy. The doctor I have now made me try on my own for 9 months (knowing I can’t get pregnant on my own) and then finally prescribed me the Clomid again. I told him I did not ovulate at all until I was on 250mg when I conceived my twins. He’s done one exam (before starting the Clomid). I have not had any testing or exams since then. I’m finished up my second cycle & was planning on calling the doctor tomorrow to let him know I didn’t start af on my own & pregnancy tests are negative. My question is should I just ask the doctor about doing testing or should I get a second opinion? My husband thinks I should switch doctors but I just don’t wanna make the wrong decision 😫
