Have a crush but idk what to do...

I met this guy from this dating website and we hit it of immediately. We decided to go on a date and I was very nervous because I usually don’t do dates, but to my surprised the date was great too. We would talk say and night and after the date we talk less? We still talk but not as much. And occasionally still hangout and I like him as a person and would love to potentially explore a relationship with him but I don’t know how to bring it up with him:( I don’t want to seem desperate or anything. Girls or guys comments highly welcome😊 I would honestly just like to know what he wants or doesn’t want so I’m not left wondering.
