I’m a mess loll

So I pull up to Dunkin’ Donuts and reach back for my wallet and what do I see on the backseat ground???? MY FUCKING NUVARING. I guess my mans that’s not technically my mans literally fucked it out of me. Slightly concerned bc we had multiple rounds of unprotected sex but oh well. My life is in such shambles an unexpected pregnancy is the least of my worries. Also my belly rung fell out during sex too so he was really going hard. It’s obviously way harder in a car but still I can’t believe that happened 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
