Small Penis

My husband thinks he's small and has PE. He's about 5.5 erect & I've tried telling him that he's perfect for me and I love everything about him, but his insecurities get the best of him. Its affecting our sex life (sex MAYBE 2-3 times a month) and I'm starting to feel like he sees something wrong with me. (Even after he reassures me its him.) I would never divorce or cheat but im tired of BEGGING my husband to have sex with me. We are both 25 and I feel we shouldn't have this problem.
