Normal c-section cut? TMI

So i had my baby 4 months ago from a c-section, i had a problem and went back and she told me it was a stitch getting infected and took it out and said it should get better. I keep my hygiene up really well and we clean it with peroxide every time this happens. Well it keeps getting super red like this, gets swollen, and hurts terrible (like when i first had it done). This happens every couple weeks. Is this normal? I don’t have insurance so i can’t go to the doctor about it, there’s only 1 where i live and she’s way past expensive.
