Ehh is this normal ?

I just need peoples opinion Ik to see a doctor I’ve just been to the hospital already too much 😂

I had tonsillitis three months ago and after that went away my throat has been cobblestone and now it’s reddish and new growth kinda fatty are forming its weird I wasn’t bothering but since I’ve been sick since the weathers changing it’s making me think it could just be a symptom of whatever the hell this may be.... what do you think ?
