Is it possible to bleed while on progesterone?

I’m 5+5 weeks. This is the longest I’ve carried a pregnancy after 4 chemical pregnancies. I’m currently on 3 100mg progesterone suppositories daily. I’m so scared of miscarrying again! My levels tripled last week when I was test so the doctors feel confident. But if I were to miscarry, would I bleed while being on progesterone? I’m terrified of have a missed miscarriage. All my others were so quick and if it happens again I just don’t want to be further along and then be told it isn’t viable. 😭 Just wish I could enjoy this time without being anxious...
