HELP!!! Could I be pregnant???

So my boyfriend and I had sex on October 15th and about a week later I started having all sorts of crazy symptoms! Cramps, heartburn and nausea, headaches, bloating, extreme fatigue and hunger to name a few! I’m not due for my period until the 10th but I took a test yesterday anyway(I know it’s too early) but the wait is killing me! In the past week I have noticed my sense of smell has been crazy I feel like I can smell every little thing around me and my breasts are extremely sore to the point I can hardly wear a normal bra! Am I driving myself crazy or could all of this be signs of early pregnancy? I want to find out ASAP bc I am on a medicine that I will have to stop taking bc it can harm the baby!!! I just feel like bc I want to be pregnant so badly that I may be driving myself crazy and none of these things are actually a sign😕🤞🏻
