Breast milk to Whole milk
I plan to stop breastfeeding after my son turns 12 months. I know for his emotional stability that I cannot just cold turkey the switch. However, he does not take a bottle. He is 9 months at the end of this month and is exclusively breastfed. How do I make the transition from breast milk to whole milk when I do not pump and my goal is to stop breastfeeding?
