I'm not sure what to do or what this means

So this past week I wasnt on my bc it was my week off and I told the guy I'm seeing I wasnt on them. We had sex friday night with a condom cause I was off the pills but he took it off and we had anal sex, he came in me that way. Then we had round 2 I was giving him a bj and he stuck a finger in my ass by accident and took it out then started fingering me with it, so I'm not sure if his cum got in me or not. Sunday afternoon I had light red spotting and cramping on my right side. I start taking the pills again tonight but idk if I should cause he thinks that was implantation bleeding and that I'm pregnant, I just think it was spotting. What should I do?

Edit; I stopped my pills cause I only do 1 month at a time and take a week break I bleed through if I take more then a month at a time i take them cause i have pcos and i know its unsanitary i didn't realize in the moment what he was doing
