Misscarriage during work?

So I am a CNA, and yesterday i was having severe pain. I take birth control that makes me skip my periods but it happened to come two days ago. At the start of my shift is when the pain was the worst. Well, as i was passing ice yesterday, i got the worst cramps i have ever felt. I could hardly walk because of them. The next thing i knew i felt something but just drop out. I immediately went to the bathroom and what i found shocked me... please y'all, tell me what you all think this is. I see a baby... but I could be wrong.

I really need some help. I was unable to go to the e.r. because work was so short staffed so they told me no.
