Scared!

So this is kinda a long story.. I was on nexplannon from May 2019 until September 2019 got taken off of it due to having issues. I had my af September 5th. And my doctor told me that sometimes you bleed when coming off of birth control which the last time I had this same birth control I did bleed a day after I got it removed and bled for 12 days straight then my body went back to normal periods. Anyways me and my husband have been using condoms since being off of birth control. Now I got the birth control taken out on sept 12th after my period that’s the only time my doctor had open for me. So moving forward I was suppose to get my period on October 3rd it never came so I took a test which I did post on here but wasn’t sure I test 2 days later and it wasn’t getting any darker and looked to be an evap line. Now here we are again period was due on October 31st it didn’t show so on nov 1st I tested and it was a blazing positive now the reason why I’m scared is because this will be my 6th pregnancy but my 5th baby . I’m a diabetic type 2 and my doctor who deliver my last baby who is 16 months old now said if I had gotten pregnant he would have to send me to another provider due to me being high risk. So I’m scared 😟 to see what they say and this would also be my 5th c section and that’s scary in itself. Sorry I just needed vent
