I think I’m miscarrying 😢

Currently 7wks (ish) pregnant with my 4th. Yesterday I was having brown discharge and very mild cramps. Today more brown discharge with little spots of dark red. I can actually feel the blood coming out now and having very mild cramps. I did have a miscarriage once before at the exact same time as this one but I can’t remember what my symptoms were. Currently waiting on a call back from my doctor to see what they say? Anyone had these symptoms and been fine? Please send prayers 🙏🏻
