Bleeding after stopping meds?

Hey everybody. 11 weeks & 2 here. I stopped meds at 10 weeks. Yesterday started bleeding bright red. Went to the ER and they said the baby was fine and couldn’t find where the blood was coming from. Has anyone else experienced this?

I hadn't stopped meds, but I bled like a dying deer for days, with clots and contractions. Got admitted at the hospital and checked, they had no idea where all of this was coming from, my cervix was open and the baby was totally fine. Microscopic chances of a twin being lost as it was a controlled cycle and only one embryo transferred.
And I'm still pregnant, 39weeks.

What meds were u on? It’s possible to bleed bright red as long as it’s not heavy and not having other symptoms, like cramping, and have a healthy pregnancy. Things like a sub chorionic bleed can happen without negative impact.
