Tired of buying pregnancy tests

I’ve been on this infertility journey (unexplained secondary infertility)for over three years now. I’m blessed enough to have one happy, healthy little girl but I want to give her a sibling more than anything in this world. My period is a day late and I just refuse to buy a test. We were suppose to do our second iui this month but I canceled it for financial reasons. I did, however; take 7.5mg of Femara. So I guess it could still possibly happen but I feel like af is coming anytime now. Anyone else to the point where it just doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to happen so you just refuse to buy a test?
