Glossier, magnetic eyelashes, and IL Makiage foundation

Question

For those with experience with any of these, did you like them? What's your opinion? Ease of use? Quality? Lasting? Light weight? 
What's your beauty go to regime? I need an entire overhaul.

glossier is kinda overpriced in my opinion. my routine involves: lip balm (burt's bees), bb cream or foundation (miba has good bb cream. i use marc jacobs foundation sometimes too, and mix it with moisturiser so it doesn't feel so heavy), concealer (bought in korea), powder compact (bought in korea), eyeliner (elf cosmetics), contour (elf), blush (bought in japan), mascara (mac cosmetics), and red lipstick (mac cosmetics). 
sometimes if i want something lighter i use the lipstick more like a light stain and use model co lipstick
