Need help!!!

I suffer from anxiety really bad and I feel this could be why I feel like this. A couple nights ago I just made out with my boyfriend and that’s it. After I came home I have felt so sick since then with my back and stomach. My friends just keep telling me it’s my anxiety or he got me sick. I just wanna know if this is normal or happens to anyone else. I obviously know I’m not pregnant because all I did was make out with him but I do just wanna know why I feel so sick.
