Solitary Kidney

My baby is 1 month and a half and he was born with a solitary kidney. Now, that solitary kidney is a little dilated, currently 0.9 which according to the doctor is not a whole lot but it is still a problem. His tests for hydronephrosis came out negative. But still, I am extremely worried since he only has one kidney. 😟

I am wondering if anyone here has or had a similar situation that they can share their story.
