What is the best formula for 6+ month little ones? 🍼

Please help me barrow my search by listing your favourite formula and why. I am looking for something as similar to breastmilk (though I think that's all of our goals). I have been looking into German formula like Holle but don't know if I'm being too over board with going that route.

I use HIPP from Germany. I don't like most of the Canadian brands because they contain things like soy and corn syrup, and it's not as heavily regulated as the European brands so even if it's organic you still get things you don't want. I seriously am very blessed I can do this, I wish we upped our standards here so all families regardless of income could get high quality formula.
