Venting since I’m hurt...

First, I would like to say, my husband has always been faithful to me.

That being said, this girl started talking to him on social media and they talked back and forth for several months. (Nothing inappropriate just random stuff)

***Also, in their conversation, he brought me up many times, which made this not be a bigger thing between us than it is.

Towards the end of the conversation, she said, “I love ya, and said other random things.

He responded with saying, “I love you too” and other random things.

When I heard that, I was completely shocked. I never thought that I would have to worry about him saying that to another girl.

When I confronted him about it, I said he really hurt me and he made it seem like he had feelings for her.

He said he was sorry and didn’t mean it like that.

I’m just hurt and I want to forgive him and let it go, but I can’t right now.
