Pelvic pain in pregnancy
So I’m 29 weeks pregnant and have been having pretty bad pelvic pain for a while now. It’s mainly when I’m laying down, trying to sleep. It’s like my pelvis stiffens up and when I move it hurts so bad and even cracks like knuckles. Is this normal and what can I do to alleviate the pain? Stretching and my yoga ball don’t really help.
