ITS COLD SEASON LADIES!!!!! If you have a cold, this is what I do. It helps!
After a long day of coughing and sneezing... a hot shower sounds amazing. But to make it more amazing, I add this. You can either spread it at the bottom where your drain is, or make it into ice cubes in a ice cube tray! Me and my fiancé are sicker then dogs. Pretty sure this is our favorite part of the day. I promise. A hot steamy shower with some of this, some pressure relief you will feel my dears.. (same thing as VIX) you can use either.
