The smell of course makes me sick but is anyone else just not hungry? I haven't ate like any meat lately and the only thing I want is fruit and water or juice but not much filling food... any words or advice? I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow

Try some toast with peanut butter, the protein helps make up for what you're not taking in

Im the same way! I'll be 7 weeks in 3 days. Been forcing myself to eat bone broth soup and fruit. Green juices when I can and lots of water as I get nauseous. I munch on saltine crackers to ease the nausea if I can't do anything. Try to eat when you can and take your prenatals. I have found if I just don't think about the food and just get the first bite in my mouth, I'll eat it and enjoy it. It is the THOUGHT of food and the smell that I'm so adverse to. So I just give myself and Pep talk and say if I throw up at my first bite at least I tried. And almost always I end up very happy I ate. Lol. Hope this helps!
