Anyone feeling dizzy?

Woah man, feeling super dizzy today! Tired and dizzy....feel like I'm walking off a spinning fair ride...am I alone? Lol

Yes, dizzy and I feel like I have the flu. 😕 I have a few moments through the day where I feel fine but that's it.

I got super dizzy one night when I laid down in bed. Felt like the room was spinning. Was totally odd, especially since the only other time that's happened was years ago when I was crazy drunk! Lol

Dizzy is a side effect bc of how much more work our body is doing to circulate blood also standing so long can make it pool in the legs which makes it harder to get to the brain... try standing up slowly and just taking it easier

I was dizzy yesterday. I had to sit up and stand up really slowly or I would fall back down.

It's pretty standard, as your blood volume increases your blood vessels dilate to allow more space for the blood. If you stand up too fast it can mean too much blood ends up in your legs and not your brain. Take things slow :-)
