What should I do?

So my son is almost 2 years old. I took him to his doctor because of an allergic reaction. The nurse pulled his foreskin back and said it looked a little red and she’s tell his doctor. Well the doctor came in and pulled the foreskin back so bad that it hurt my son. He started crying hard. The doctor said nothing was wrong. And now it hurts him to pee. I know it’s because he pulled it back so much. I don’t know what to do because it hurts my son and I don’t want to bring him back there. I have no clue what to do in the meantime. I can’t bring my son to another doctor until I change the doctors name on my sons insurance 😩
