Infant visiting family

My fiance's niece is 1.4 year old. She is frequently sick and now started going in daycare. We have avoided family visits mainly because everyone wants to hold my 4month baby, eventually gets tossed around and she Hates it, cries and won't stop. Another concern from my fiance is that we will vaccinate at 6 months so he's afraid she'll get sick because of his niece now that she's in daycare.

I have told my MIL in order to keep our baby stress free when we come over, we would like for her to be held by my fiance and I or in the carrier. Now my fiance said that sounded rude by saying no touching allowed. I'm getting resentful and angry by trying to please his family for coming around and by setting my boundaries for my baby!

Noone seems to be that concerned to come see her at home, my FIL last visited by saying he honestly didn't want to be here but his wife dragged him.
