Dead feeling

I haven’t had social media in almost 2 years now due to guys hitting me up and not stopping so I deleted my social media and today I asked my bf if I could get at least fb and he says “ it’s not you. I don’t trust other people” and “ don’t want it to happen again” and it broke me he really doesn’t trust me. Even after he talked to other girls and I let him have is social media back over time and I can’t after 2 years. And we’ve been dating for 4 years. It automatically sent me back into depressive episode. And it’s amazing to me he still can’t trust me. And it breaks me.
