Extra water for constipation
My daughter is 3 months old and has solid poops all the time. She doesn’t strain but I pretty sure she’s constipated because hers poops aren’t soft . Is she still too young to give her extra water in her formula? If not how much extra water should I put in ? If she’s too young is there anything else I could do?
