Call dr or wait?

Last night I went pee. After I was done I was walking around and felt like I kept peeing myself, just a little bit over and over. It went on for a couple hours but I had no contractions. Later on in the night i started having contractions but they were about 20 minutes apart. Those lasted for a couple of hours as well. Now this morning it seems everything has calmed down. I’m a third time mom but have never gone into labor naturally. Any advise? I’m 35&1.
