Will my baby ever take a bottle?

Question

We’ve tried Phillips Avent, NUK, Dr Browns, Nanobebe, Playtex, and Lansinoh mOmma, and at this point I honestly feel like she will never take a bottle.
She HATES the feeling of silicone, she won’t take a pacifier either.
She gags, chokes, hyperventilates and screams at the sight of a bottle. Now that she’s more alert (9 weeks old) she KNOWS when a bottle is coming and a boob.
We’ve been trying since 4 weeks.
My husband has tried, I’ve tried, my mom has tried. I’ve left the house, we’ve tried at my moms house. I don’t know what to do.
I have to go back to work in less than 3 weeks.
Any advice? I feel SO bad, I think she now has a negative association with bottles and has anxiety over it. My poor girl 😭

Munchkin latch worked for my picky LO, also just keep trying. My LO wasnt taking a bottle. Once I found one she would some what take, we stuck to it and pretty much wouldn't take no for an answer. I know it's hard on mama but I was determined to make sure she could take a bottle before I went back to work. She takes them like a pro now.

My LO was the same! I ended up getting a NUK Nature Sense sippy cup and made the hole a lot bigger so milk just dribbles out. He now takes the bottle like a pro!! We totally skipped the bottle step!!

I breastfed my LO for 18 months. She also refused the bottle. She would gag, vomit and scream, I tried EVERY BOTTLE IN THE WORLD. I was fortunate enough to be able to stay home with my children though. I had to leave her once (for my uncle’s funeral) and she refused to eat the entire 6 hours I was gone. I feel your pain. Our pediatrician said some babies just refuse the bottle all together and she was one of them. I have no advise, as you have tried everything I did. Is her daycare provider close enough to your place of work so you can nurse her throughout the day?

I also have a 9 week old that won’t take a bottle or soother. My first took a bottle no problem so I am lost what to do.

We stuck with one bottle and I tried giving her an ounce twice a day. I did it after she nursed and was very drowsy (the old bait and switch). We also left bottles laying around for her to see and play with some with beans inside as a rattle. It took a while but eventually it worked.

Try the nanobebe it’s shaped like a breast my daughter is the same she HATES a bottle and still hates a bottle but she tolerates that one once and a while

Have you tried the wide mouth bottles? They usually have a larger round nipple vs the small narrow nipples
