Any Diet/Lifestyle Tips for TTC? ✨

My DH & I are going to start ttc about this time next year. Unfortunately I’m an anxious person, so I’m already stressing about getting pregnant.

I’m looking for TTC tips to be in tip top shape 😉 I know that it’s not as simple as one time of unprotected sexy and suddenly your pregnant, but I still want to be prepared. Any certain diets to follow? Exercises? Do’s and Don’ts? Thank you!
